The adventure of teaching digital storytelling to an elementary classroom has officially concluded. It was a wonderful experience and I walked away from this knowing that children are not only eager to learn how to use digital tools, but also natural leaders in working with them and teaching each other. I love digital storytelling too! One question: what did the colors represent when they highlighted different sentences in their stories?
ReplyDeleteTruly impressive, Alina! About how many hours did you spend with the children? Did you have to do a lot of editing to their projects? How might I look at the children's digital stories (or are they password protected to protect the children)? I'd love to show this to the teachers in my summer institute. It would be fun to do this in Spanish, too!
